Allow full cure. Surface should be fully cured and free of dust, salt, grease and other contaminants immediately before coating. Sweep blast surface using expendable abrasive to remove surface laitance. Fill blowholes and surface defects with recommended materials. Bridge cracks with industrial grade nylon using disbondment method. For damp concrete prime using Purethane® P-IV 100% Solids Damp Tolerant Polyurethane Primer. |
Blast clean to SSPC SP-10 ( Near White ) finish with 75 microns 'Anchor Profile' using copper slag, steel grit, garnet, coal slag or equivalent abrasive. Apply fog coat of AR / P-24 primer. Use AR Primer for substrate subjected to cathodic protection voltages. Overcoat with Purethane® materials within time period specified for primers. |
